| On goes the rear tub. | Ok I'll need to make it shorter. | Ok the holes are a little larger than they should be. |
 | | |
| 24" are removed from the rear. | The 2 clamps hold the sides up to make the cutting easier. | The vertical brackets are made from a Range Rover floor. |
 | | |
| On goes the end and a hole in the back for .......... | Once the tub is in place the sides are shortened and re-fitted. | The front wings are mounted on a piece of wood to make the fastening bracket. |
 | | |
| On goes the bonnet and front panel. | The corners of the roof are chopped, bent round and riveted back on. | The other side has already been done. |
 | | |
| And on it goes :-) | The roof back of again and an 1" of foam is glued on. | The carpet is then glued on. The red wire is for the centre light. |
 | | |
| On goes the rear door. | The bottom rail had to be completely replaced on the off side door. Painted with Waxoyl to try and stop the same thing happening again. | On goes a very shiny near side door. |
 | | |
| The off side door is also fitted. | Whilst its cold in January we've made a swing away spare wheel carrier. | The door required a little extra strength where with swinging part of the wheel carrier fits. |

| The original roof lining is chopped short and covered in carpet. | | |
